I have modified the color coding to reflect the diversity of data already collected. Regions with data are now classified as "No Precision" (Standard Error > 50% Mean), "Little Precision" (Standard Error is between 25% and 50% of mean), "Some Precision" (Standard Error is between 10% and 25% of mean), and "Precision" (Standard Error is less than 10% of mean). Because this is an ongoing study, these standard errors are simply estimates based on the number and self-rated confidence of the responses.
